And whether it’s providing samples for architectural review or coordinating a coast to coast shipment, PRB ® will handle every step of your stone purchase so that you can concentrate on other aspects of your project.

1. Placing Your Order:

All orders are handled personally by our professional sales executives. Once you’ve had an opportunity to view our website, we invite you to call or email us. To better serve your needs, we will take some time to ask questions regarding your project and product needs. We’ll then assist you in making a selection that best fits your requirements. Samples, photos, technical information and anything else that is necessary in the selection process will be provided. With your selection made, leave the rest of the process up to us.

2. Ongoing Communication:

As your order progresses towards completion, we’ll notify you on a regular basis as to its current status. This communication can be beneficial to you for informational, planning and scheduling purposes.

3. Receiving Your Order:

Once your order is complete, we will notify you of the transport duration and landing time. Upon arrival it will be the responsibility of the client to unload the shipment. We can assist in making arrangements to accommodate unloading if desired.
